Family atmosphere, but some people working here are not very friendly. The units were exceptionally comfortable with private balcony.

Thank you very much for a relaxing stay, we would definitely book here again. The family room is big size, we also really enjoyed delightful views. The price is £ 126. The staff are attentive and provide a good service.
Hard to think of anything.

This hotel was wonderful. What a lovely surprise to arrive in Lido and find this gem. The property is extremely well maintained. We were four women travelling together and our room was perfect. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Just wonderful. The breakfast by the pool was lovely. After touring around Venice, which is just a short water bus ride, our little oasis was perfect. Lovely dip in the pool and lounge around the pool..all a welcome end to the day. Our only complaint was that we didn't book more of our holiday at this hotel.
The only thing that could have been improved on was the air conditioning was not too effective. But then a look around the property and a lovely glass of wine and the pain of that soon left our heads.

Being able to return after a busy day and relax by the beautiful pool. Having a personal area with table and chairs adjacent to our rooms where we could sit and chat and appreciate the lovely garden area around the hotel.
Our only complaint was an unfortunate encounter with a gentleman member of staff, grey hair, blue glasses, name unknown. He subjected my sisters and I to a barage of abuse when we asked for coffee but failed to describe the type of coffees as an "Italian" would have done. He then served the wrong coffee to my sister but she felt unable to complain because of his earlier attitude. I, however, did complain and again had to put up with his prejudice. Later in the evening when we went to Reception he was still 'on duty' and apologised for his behaviour, but unfortunately it was too late and left us feeling very let down. The rest of the Staff at the hotel had been excellent.

Great Location and Charming Atmosphere
During our recent stay at a hotel in a quiet location, we were pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere and convenient amenities. The master bedroom was spacious, with a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a full bath and separate shower. There was also an additional bathroom with a convenient shower cubicle. The small kitchenette, equipped with a full-size fridge and dining table, was a great bonus.
Although there were minor drawbacks such as the need to walk to other attractions besides the beach and the pool closing early, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The wonderful location near the beach, comfortable accommodations, and surrounding shops and restaurants make Le Ville Del Lido a great choice for anyone visiting Venice.

Location is ideal just off the main SME strip of restaurants and coffee bars etc. Apartments are large enough and it is 2mins away from the beach.
Me and my girlfriend ate out all the time so never, other than cerials for breakfast, used the kitchen area. However, if you are intending to be more self catering this may not be the best hotel as it is very limited. No kettle, no bowls only plates (made breakfast interesting) and only two electrical hobs, so no toasting or grill facility.

I was very pleased with both the room and the service. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The hotel staff was very accommodating and it was conveniently located. A real bargain for the money.

My husband and I stayed at Le Ville Del Lido with our two daughters for a week at the end of October. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish. The suites were very spacious, a kingsize bed and two twin beds, nice living/dining area with another sofabed if needed and a small kitchenette. One bathroom and another shower room both of a lovely standard and cleaned regularly by the maids. Wasn't warm enough for swimming but the pool was lovely and clean. Really good quality accommodation for a reasonable price, particularly in venice. Just beware the short walk to the vaporetto stop at sme is fine if your fit and keen on walking, we enjoyed our stroll everyday. But, more like 15 minutes not 5.
In general the suite residence is excellent. I was not very happy on arrival to be told that there would be a 35 euro charge for the kitchenette to be cleaned, however, would say we cleaned it thoroughly before we left and were not charged anything, but personally feel, if the kitchenettes in the room the cleaning should be included. Would also like to say, that in this day and age, I think its a bit cheeky to charge for internet or wi-fi access.. come on don't take the mickey.

We drove to the hotel via the car ferry 45 euro each way was "unexpected" but we had the convenience and security of the car in undercover secure parking at the Hotel. Great pool and gardens, adjacent to Lido beach. Nice local style eateries and shopping a few minutes walk from the hotel same goes for the water bus wharf 5 minutes from the hotel. Unless someone needed to stay in Venice, and I can't think why, Lido is the place to stay, 6 minutes in the water bus or take it all the way to the end of the Grand Canal for 6 euros and you will get an excellent introduction to Venice from the water. Such a breath of fresh air to get on the water bus to leave Venice and head back to the serenity of Lido. The bikes were great we hired them for a few hours and headed out for an early morning ride all round the island (which is very flat) and observed the locals waking up and commencing their daily activities. Ciao PS.
Wifi in the room didn't work for us but it was fine in the reception area. For the standard of accommodation the TV really should have been a bit better than the cheapest smallest portable available, we weren't there to watch TV but I don't mind getting a bit of the world news.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in Venice. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the beautiful gardens to the old Venetian interior style of the rooms. I loved having a private balcony and terrace in the master bedroom, and the full bath and shower added a touch of luxury. Additionally, having breakfast included, even if it didn't include hot dishes, was a convenient and tasty start to the day.
All in all, everything was just fine during my stay.
